Julissa Reynoso Pantaleón
is a distinguished lawyer and diplomat, currently a partner at the international law firm Winston & Strawn in New York. Born in the Dominican Republic, she has played a pivotal role in U.S. diplomacy, serving as Ambassador to Spain and Andorra until 2024. In her role as ambassador, Reynoso was instrumental in strengthening bilateral relations and advancing U.S. interests in the region, earning her recognition as one of the most influential diplomats in the country. Before her ambassadorial role, she served as Assistant to the President and Chief of Staff to Dr. Jill Biden, overseeing key initiatives from the Office of the First Lady, and as Co-Chair of the White House Gender Policy Council, where she advanced gender equality across government policies.
