Marc Murtra is the President and CEO of Indra, a position he has held since June 2021. Born in 1972 in Blackburn, UK, he graduated in Industrial Engineering from the School of Industrial Engineers in Barcelona and holds an MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

His career began in the nuclear industry with British Nuclear Fuels Ltd, and he later joined DiamondCluster, working with major technology companies. Before his appointment at Indra, Murtra had a distinguished career in the public sector, serving as the General Director of Red.es and as an advisor to the Ministry of Industry, Trade, and Tourism in Spain.

Additionally, he was a managing partner at Closa Investment Bankers and contributed to the establishment of CREA Inversión.
