Gina Magnolia Riaño Barón is Secretary General of the Ibero-American Social Security Organization (OISS), a position she has held since 2013 and from which she leads the institution’s executive body. A lawyer and specialist in social security, she has extensive experience in Colombian public administration and in the field of social policy.

Throughout her career, she has served as Colombia’s Minister of Labor and Social Security and Acting Minister of Health, as well as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Social Security Institute and Director General of the National Social Security Fund. She also served as the OISS Regional Director for Colombia and the Andean Region.
