Pilar Gil has been the Chief Executive Officer of PRISA Media since May 2025 and the Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of PRISA since June 2023. She joined the group during the company’s stock market flotation in 2000.  

Between May 2021 and July 2022, she served as Chief of Staff to the Chairman of PRISA and was later appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of PRISA, a position which she held until May 2025.
