Carolina Martinoli is the CEO of Vueling and has been recognised by Forbes as one of the most influential women in Catalonia. She has extensive experience in the aviation sector and a long career within IAG, where she has held various leadership positions.  

She has been a member of the Board of Directors of British Airways (2021–2023) and Iberia (since 2021). She previously served as Chief Customer and Transformation Officer at British Airways, spearheading innovation and digitalisation projects.
