Albert Dalmau is the current Minister of the Presidency of the Government of Catalonia. He began his professional career in the public sector in 2016, taking on the role of Chief of Staff. 

Following the restructuring of the municipal government in 2019, he became Manager for Economy, Resources and Economic Promotion, and later, in 2023, took on the position of Chief Executive of Barcelona City Council.
