Gina Magnolia has been the Secretary-General of the OISS since 2013. She previously served as Minister of Labour and Minister of Health in Colombia, as well as Head of the Colombian Social Security Institute, Director-General of the National Social Security Fund, and Secretary-General of the National Transport and Transit Institute.  

She is currently spearheading the institutional modernisation of the OISS, promoting digitalisation, universal coverage and regional cooperation in social security.
