Fernando Carrillo Flórez is the First Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the PRISA Group, as well as the Managing Director, Chairman of the Appointments, Remuneration and Corporate Governance Committee, and Member of the Sustainability Committee of the PRISA Group.  

His previous positions include Ambassador of Colombia to Spain, Colombian Minister of Justice and Minister of the Interior in different administrations, Director of the National Legal Defence Agency and representative of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) in Paris and Brazil.
