Julissa Reynoso is a distinguished lawyer and diplomat, and is currently a partner at the international law firm Winston & Strawn in New York. In her role as United States Ambassador to Spain, Reynoso played a key role in strengthening bilateral relations and advancing US interests in Europe.  

She previously served as an adviser to the President and Chief of Staff to Dr Jill Biden, where she oversaw key initiatives from the Office of the First Lady, and as Co-Chair of the White House Gender Policy Council.
