Josep Sánchez Llibre has been the President of Foment del Treball, Catalonia’s leading business organisation, since 2018. With a long-standing political and business career, he served as a member of the Spanish Congress of Deputies for more than two decades representing Convergence and Union (Convergència i Unió - CiU).  

In parliament, he most notably advocated for Catalan companies and SMEs and was involved in economic and industrial committees.
