Joan Laporta is the President of FC Barcelona, a position which he is holding for a second time after running the club between 2003 and 2010. He is the founder of the Laporta & Arbós law firm and has previously served as a Member of the Parliament of Catalonia and as a councillor in Barcelona.  

Thanks to his experience in organisations such as FIFA, UEFA and the European Clubs Association, he is a regular speaker on leadership and sports management. As President, he is spearheading the development of Espai Barça and the preservation of La Masia as a symbol of the club’s identity.
