Since 2018, Pol Morillas has been the Director of the Barcelona Centre for International Affairs (CIDOB), one of Europe’s leading think tanks on international relations.  

His experience combines institutional management with academic and strategic analysis, and he has worked in key European and Mediterranean organisations. With a solid background in political science and international relations, he is recognised as a prominent voice in the public debate on geopolitics, foreign policy and Europe’s role in the world.
